In the context of the new European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we kindly ask you to express your consent to the processing of your personal data. The purpose of the new European Regulation is to increase the protection of your personal data and to give you more insight into their processing and your rights.

Your data is processed solely in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data only with the client's consent. It is only his free choice whether or not to give his consent to the extent proposed by us. The granting of consent is entirely voluntary and the consent already granted can be revoked. We are bound and fully respected by the scope of the consent provided.

1. Processing purposes

We will process your data for the purpose of executing your orders, ordered services, invoicing or delivering orders to your contact address.

2. Scope of processing

We process the following customer data that is necessary for order execution: name, surname, street, zip code, city, state, telephone, mobile phone, company ID, VAT number, e-mail, IP address.

3. Processing time

Your personal data will be securely stored, collected, processed and archived for the purpose of keeping accounting records and documents for a period of 5 years (under the Accounting Act - Act No. 563/1991) since the last order placed.

The user has the right to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to delete all references to his / her personal data and copies thereof, if any legal reason for their archiving has passed.

The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data or if he has no right of cancellation.

14. Right to file a complaint

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if he / she considers that the processing of his / her personal data violates GDPR.

15. Security of data protection

We have modern control, technical and security mechanisms to protect processed data against unauthorized access or transmission, loss or destruction as well as other possible misuse.

In the absence of consent and personal information, we will not be able to provide the services listed above after the entry into force of the European Regulation.
